Refund policy

We want you to train with complete confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

1. Return Window

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gravlair.admin@gmail.com within the 30-day window with your order number and reason for return.

 

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

        The item is unused and in its original condition

        The item is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and intact

        The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

        Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear

        Items returned without original packaging

        Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (where noted at time of purchase)

        Gift cards

 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gravlair cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@gravlair.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

In the case of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, Gravlair will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either a full replacement or a full refund — at your preference.

 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for your original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at gravlair.admin@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
