At Gravlair, we ship worldwide from Singapore. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
2. Estimated Shipping Times by Region
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier performance.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at gravlair.admin@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Gravlair ships internationally from Singapore. For orders shipped outside of Singapore, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Gravlair has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing an international order.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Gravlair is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at gravlair.admin@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at gravlair.admin@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of any damage.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Gravlair reserves the right to request supporting evidence before issuing a replacement or refund for lost or damaged items.
8. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-delivery shipping costs. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to Gravlair will be treated as per our standard Refund Policy — original shipping charges are non-refundable.
